Brief description: Family residential building of floors GF + 1 floors is designed for a plot in Protaras, Cyprus. The investor's request was a clear division of the day and night zone, as well as the separation of the guest room with the bathroom. The guest area is directly connected to the backyard and pool. The design of the building is such that it can be read from the front facade as a building of a more closed type, while it functionally opens towards the back yard with a swimming pool.
