Brief description: The subject of the project is the reconstruction of a part of the former administrative building (internal code no. 19) within FCA Serbia. Part of the ground floor and the first floor are included in the reconstruction works.
The existing building 19 had a predominantly administrative use. It was built as a system combined from the central upper part of the P + 9 storey and the lower block part with the atrium of the P + 1 storey.
Area: Gross area of the ground floor - 806 m2 and the first floor - 1248 m2
