Preliminary investment estimation (both green- and brownfield) with basic information on property ownership, property category, mandatory procedures and preliminary Bill of Quantities, based on general Technology requests.
This service includes up to two field visits to the location (on territory of Republic of Serbia), production of internal Report and delivery to the Investor.

Harmonization of standards
In case of external investments usage of different standards presents specific challenge (e.g. technology equipment is produced according to the standards of the country of origin/investment). Idest gained experience in harmonization of standards sometimes including re-certification and re-attesting at national institution.
Early engagement prevents additional works and costs. This specially relates to technology processes, distribution and storage of gasses and industrial liquids where additional costs are high.
